duhhh..due to the soccer i had yesterday morning with my friends.
yup
well,i fell and landed wrongly plus,wen xiang fall on me..
so its a great impact i say.

right arm was bleeding.
haha..
still played soccer.
then...
i realized something when i open my shoe.
blister on both side of my feet.
i cant wear shoe for the time being..yup..it hurts like shit.
i didnt went down to train with my fellow west united teammates but i sure go there and watch them play..
yup..
they are very nice bunch.haha.
disturb me because of my injury.
i had a great them watching them being train very hard.hahaha.some almost give up just because of the fitness training that my coach gave them.yup.hahaha..some fell while running..good to see them fell and to see them happy.hahaha..

im sure going training on thursday. have to lar.will be having a friendly match on saturday evening..
this time we will be facing a strong team..yup..
